Q: Can I pick up my order in Waddinxveen?
A: At present, we do not offer order pick-up services in Waddinxveen.

You have a 14-day window from the day of receipt to initiate a return for your unused product. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged, and unopened packaging to be eligible for a return. Please note that this policy excludes oils and perishable items, which are non-returnable.

Returns submitted without the provided return form will not be eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items:
